PI Pre-Prod

I see a link to Pre-Prod PI from Item Management and from the general login screen but i cannot access it.  There is no access checkbox in UMA.  Does anyone have any insights on how to get access and with access, which customers are on the PI Pre-prod?

Good morning, BGroves.  Thank you for reaching out via the customer community.  I took a look on our end and see you are an admin but before we take any other steps, can you advise whether you discussed any testing in Pre-prod with those recipients?  It can work a little differently in PP than Prod.

Thanks for responding.  I don't yet have a PI Pre-prod target but i wanted to find out who has a pre-prod system?  is PI Pre-prod by invitation only?

No, I would not characterize it as invitation only.  I can provide you access and you can test things on your own which is especially encouraged when we have large releases like the one we have this May.  The "difference" I mentioned is not all recipients are active in Pre-Prod and some use it when performing specific testing.  As a result, you may not see the same transactional responses for publications in Pre-prod like you would in Prod.

Unfortunately, UMA is not letting me apply the PI offering to your GLN in Pre-Prod.  I am creating a ticket and escalating it so our higher-level tech teams can take a look and get this added.  I will let you know once complete.
