Good morning,

We have received this error on one of our items and I have reviewed the three levels of the GTIN and the case level does have a "True" value for this attribute.  I have re-saved the item multiple times now and the sync error will not go away.  Please advise what I need to do to fix this issue.

GTIN on sync error is 00027000737309

Pallet Level GTIN: 00027000737309 - (isOrderableUnit) set to False

Cases Level GTIN: 10027000737306 - (isOrderableUnit) set to True

Eachs Level GTIN: 00027000737309 - (isOrderableUnit) set to False

Thank you,

Hello and Welcome back to our online community!!

May I ask you to confirm what level you are publishing at? The error I see looks like you are trying to publish just the EACH? I recommend you publish the Pallet level, see below.

The Pallet number you provided in your original post indicates 00027000737309 is the pallet but in Item Management the product type for each for 00027000737309?
