No IMF from Kroger

Good morning,

We resubmitted an item to Kroger on Friday and there still isn't a current IMF number.

It states the item has been received and will be processed shortly.

The broker has been working with me to get this resolved with no luck as they need a current IMF.

This is an item that Kroger has had for several years.

The GTIN is  00030800638103

Hello @A_Flower and thank you for the follow-up.

I can see the Hierarchy Data still does not show an Kroger Item Submission Reason Code. 

Please add the attribute and also add the missing information for the Sales Event Type and Event Code, along with the distribution and cost details in the Geographic Regions table on the Hierarchy Data Page. For more details, you can also check the Kroger VIP - Reference Manual starting from Chapter 3.3 Part 2 – Populate Hierarchy Attributes.

Once submitted, the hierarchy should flow through into an In Process Retailer status and not Complete, until Kroger verifies the information and assignes the IMF for you. Thank you!

An item receives a (new) IMF number only if the Kroger Item Submission Reason Code field is populated. If it is left blank for a new or recurring item submission, then no IMF will be generated.

You can Restart the submission, update the attribute, solve any potential validation errors and then resubmit to receive the IMF number, please. Please also add the missing information for the Sales Event Type and Event Code, along with the distribution and cost details in the Geographic Regions table on the Hierarchy Data Page. For more details, you can also check the Kroger VIP - Reference Manual starting from Chapter 3.3 Part 2 – Populate Hierarchy Attributes.
