Is there a FUSE template or other xls where we can mass upload the required data to all Child items within our catalog? It is also, only the Child items that are needed unless the parent record is the only record that exists for the product, correct?

Hi @DawnVanWychen, thanks for continuing the use of the community. Welcome back.
Yes, you can use the Load Sheet/FUSE template (Documentation - FUSE Quick Sheets) to mass upload all required data for all items at once. It is in general easier to fill out the information for one item in Item Management, export that item along with all others that need the update and use that one item as a template for all others to easily locate which columns need to be filled out.
The FSMA information needs to be added on the base levels of your hierarchies or consumer units.
You can also use the Participant Dictionary - Current IM Participant Dictionary (IMPD) - for more details about the attributes and mapping throughout our systems, from IM to XML.
Last but not least, your company also has a service called Data Loading and Maintenance enabled with us, therefore you can contact my colleagues from the DLM team through ticket CXPRSV-5949 (it should come up when searching for it in your Inbox) for more assistance and our designated agents will also assist you further with the specifics. Thank you!

Thank you. Will the upload of data on the FUSE not work if we don't have a specific playlist identified such as Food and Beverage or customer specific playlist?

Thank you for the follow-up, @DawnVanWychen.
The file export and then import will be successful as long as the data is added correctly and it passes Item Management validations. You can add the Food and Beverage Products playlist as it includes the 4 mandatory FSMA attributes, but you do not have to. The standard FUSE file contains all IM attributes (albeit some are hidden by default, so you may need to unhide all hidden columns in Excel for some of them to show up). Retailer-specific playlists may not yet have the FSMA attributes added, so we recommend using the Food and Beverage one if you decide to use one. All in all, it is entirely up to you, it will work with or without the playlists as long as the data is added correctly.
Thank you!
