Good morning,
I published several items last week with a couple of issues. I fixed the issues and they have gone through, according to the subscriber. However, my review now states, Please send a change by refresh message. Can someone please explain what this means?

Hello,
The Change by Refresh means for you to update the content to correct the error. You do not need to republish the item, your simple save will send over the new content and refresh their backend system with your changes.

CIC999:Additional Description - Additional Description English is required:CHANGE_BY_REFRESH_MESSAGE: Please send a Change by Refresh message.
If we look at the recent publication tp PFG, they are asking you to refresh the content you sent. The Additional Description is missing and they are asking for you to send it over. The updates you make and then save will go over as a correction or a modify will be the "refresh" of the content you already sent over.
