McLane Ti Hi

We publish at a Pallet Level and provide the GTIN  Ti/Hi on the Pallet level for a PL>CA>EA hierarchy.  McLane now indicates that we have items missing TI Hi information and are requiring that we add Ti Hi to the case level as well.  Is this duplicative?  Do I populate the Packaging data on the Case level as a Non GTIN TI HI?

Good morning and thank you for reaching out to us via your community platform.  The only reason I can think that McLane may ask you to provide Ti/Hi on both your Pallet and child Case level is that you sometimes publish at the Case level or, they publish from the Case level once received from you and they need that non-GTIN Pallet Ti/Hi from you for the work they do after receiving it from you.  You are correct, in this scenario, please use the non-Pallet Ti/Hi on the Case level.
