Marketing Message required when "division request" selected

Where do I find the location to enter a marketing message? It says it's required and I can't find the field.

Hello and thank you for reaching out.  In Enhanced IM, you should see Marketing Message if you have the "Most Popular" playlist active fo your GTIN.  Can you make sure that one is not grayed out and let me know?
