Linking Items

Hi! I am currently having issues linking my already existing Items to a new item. It bring up a error message saying, "the base indicator and the child item should match the parent item total product count". When reviewing I make sure that each product adds to be correct and still doesn't allow my linking to happen! Anything someone could help me with?

Hello Mason! Welcome to the Community! When first linking please be sure no items within that hierarchy or any items that you're attempting to add to the hierarchy are published. Next please verify the Base Unit Indicator is ONLY set to TRUE on the lowest level of the hierarchy. Once the indicators are updated this should allow you to link successfully. I've also attached below a link to a tutorial that shows how to create a link as well. If after viewing & following these steps provided you're still experiencing an error please provide the GTIN so that I may take a look. Hope this helps!
