When i look in PI for my Kroger items I am seeing an inconsistency and am wondering what the root cause is.
Some items are allowing edits to Feature benefits within the PI portal nd other have the fields locked. I am trying to understand why this is the case so I can make them editable in the PI portal See screenshots of two examples attached

The fields that are hard coded are entries coming from Item Management. You would need to remove the fields in Item Management and then you could use the open fields. Your other trading partners will be affected if you remove it for just Kroger.
