Kroger Item Submission Reason Code - Add Division

I am attempting to submit my product for five additional divisions, When submitting the product under add division, do I only select the five additional divisions, or should I select the five divisions in addition to all the divisions which already accepted the IMF?

Thank you for using the 1Woeldsync community! When adding the new division, you would only choose the five new divisions when submitting. The five will appear along side the previous divisions.

I have done this and am seeing that they are all selected after submitting and are showing green check marks- but no new IMF numbers have been generated and divisions are reporting not being able to scan my items.

Hello, 

Would you please provide the GTIN to allow 1 World Sync to review? The IMF Number is generated by Krogers backend system Venus. Also, when clicking into the hierarchy and selecting "Comments" it will display if the hierarchy has been pushed back by the recipient due to an error and it will also display the IMF Number once Kroger generates it.  Once we receive the GTIN it will allow 1 World Sync to review the items further.
