I have been getting a CIC error message regarding number of items on a pallet from Kroger. I am enclosing a couple of screenshots showing the error message, as well as the area in VIP where I think I need to fill this information out. I'm just not sure which area to fill out. Thanks in advance for the help!

Hi Nancy,
We do have a new validation that you can review here to understand that this now a requirement.
I did check the GTIN in Item Management and I recommend completing the requirement in Item Management. You will have this completed so moving forward, you will not have any issues.

Thanks for sharing. I have been aware of this new requirement and have been updating our items accordingly. Please, see attached screenshot of my item after it was updated and refreshed by date.
What I was wondering is where in VIP I need to add the information since it doesn't seem to be transferring to them from 1 World Sync. Thanks!

Hi Nancy,
Would you try to validate and submit back to Kroger? I was checking and I could not see where it was ever submitted back to Kroger.

Usually, whenever I update an item, it seems to transfer to VIP without republishing the items again. Is this something I need to do now?

No, I think we can apply what as sent earlier. I looked at the updates and never saw where we attempted to submit past that date.
When we look at the Workflow History I can see the batch updates have come over..even as early as 06/08. I do not see the status change from In Process Supplier to In Process Retailer.
We can see the last review was sent on 06/08
