Kroger API - Resolve CIC Messages - Product Description

We are working on adding new items to Kroger API, and a few were rejected with the following error message:

Status Code CIC999 The data received was not as expected and needs reviewed for update - (1) This item does not meet the Kroger PDP Standards [https://1worldsync.com/kroger-pdp-ref] Tips - · "Product Description" - follow format [Brand Name (with ™/®)][Product Name] (E.g. Soothing Touch Desert Sage Body Lotion) (2) Once corrected, REPUBLISH as NEW for final QA review.

I found an article noting product description requirements, and the descriptions rejected are in compliance.

Capitalize 1st Letter Of Each Word.
DO NOT USE ALL CAPS.
Do not use subjective comments, such as "Best Seller" or "Hot Item."
Do not include commas
Product Description should not include Customer Facing Size

Other items were submitted and approved with similar product descriptions, so I am unsure how to proceed.

The Product Description of the Each - GTIN 00812659014013 - is what is causing the Rejected CIC here, please. The Case Product Description is fine. For the Each, please also add the Brand Name at the beginning of the description, followed by the product name, without other marketing information or features and benefits. The example provided in the Rejected message (E.g. Soothing Touch Desert Sage Body Lotion) should ensure the Each passes the Product Description check. After completing the changes, please Republish the Case as New from the Publications - Manage Publications menu for a new review to be triggered for you.
