KROGER IMAGES - CONTINUED ERROR MESSAGES AFTER UPDATE

Good afternoon team! 

I continue to see a "Review" message in 1WS and VIP that will not go away, even after updating the item.

As you can see in the screen shots, the Image Orientation Type Code has been left blank and the Facing Value is labeled as "Front."

Your help in resolving this issue is greatly appreciated...thanks!

Hello, @nancyVigo  thanks for continuing the use of the community. After checking the Product Introduction portal, I noticed that the item submission made on 2024-11-01 was not accepted and it still shows that the update was never submitted based on the Item Workflow History. We suggest resubmitting the item from PI and see if that would help change the REVIEW message to a different status. Once the REVIEW from the product introduction changes it should be transferred over to the Item Management too.
