Hi Community, 

I have reached out previously about an item issue with publication to a retailer and I have narrowed it down to the final error message and even with fixation of the firstshipdate to what it needs to be could you take a look and see again what I am missing. GTIN: 00722776005262 

The 

Product Information Effective Date/Time is set at 21-Jul-2023
Firstshipdate is set at 22-Jul-2023 
Is this flipped and needs to be the other way around or am I missing something?

Error is 00722776005262: 1289: If firstShipDateTime is less than or equal to current date then preliminaryItemStatusCode must not equal 'PRELIMINARY'.;

Please note: Subsequent synchronizations will be suppressed until action is taken by the Information Provider to modify or correct the error.

What do you have as preliminary here?

Looking at the page I have access to I do not know the Preliminary or where it would be located on the products Attribute listing. Could you point me where it would potentially be?

Hello @masonboedeker you can see that in the Unit Indicators area for your item with the "all populated" playlist active:

Okay, I found it and if I change this to final data will this fix this issue?

@masonboedeker The idea around the Preliminary Code is to give you a way to indicate whether an item is being sent with the knowledge that some of the data will change before it is in a final status to be used by your trading partner.

Okay, thank you! I went ahead and published and waiting to see the Sync Status. I will stay in this communication thread if it does not work!

Okay! I woke up to find my product is still not allowing to publish and I have made sure my information is to the specification of what I have been informed of and still is not sending to my subscriber. I am to the point where I feel like I am doing everything to get this perfected and still isn't working...

Hello @masonboedeker,

Your error states:

1289: If firstShipDateTime is less than or equal to current date then preliminaryItemStatusCode must not equal 'PRELIMINARY'.

You would need to either remove/ modify the attribute "Preliminary Item Status Code" or modify the attribute "firstShipDateTime" to not be "less than or equal to current date". Please make sure to activate the "All Populated" playlist to be able to see the fields that you would need to verify/ modify. Please let me know if that helped. Thanks!
