Item Clean up/ Previously entered incorrectly.. How to fix?

I have an Item that was set up incorrectly as a case with eaches when the case is actually the sellable unit. Since the item has already been published how can I change it to the correct set up?

The only way you will be able to correct this is to delete the publication and wait the 25 hours for the deletion to process. You will need to verify that the GTIN for the case begins with a zero. You will not be able to change the Consumer unit to yes on a GTIN that does not begin with a zero.
