Hello,
I'm not used to 1world sync. Upon cutomer request, I created a new item by cloning an existing one. I succeded to update all the data & to publish it.
But i don't see any section with the ingredient statement. Is it normal?
Thanks

Hello, gdelisle. Thank you for reaching out via the customer community. Issues like you describe could occur when certain requirements are not met. In order to provide you with a more concrete answer, can you provide me with an example GTIN?

I also created item 00888048000363 and have the same issue.
In addition to this, i didn't succed to publish the Case item ID 10888048000360 which is linked to the above unit-item. Error message "Hierarchy completeness failed".
However, the hierarchy is correct when i look a it.

For your hierarchy with Case GTIN 10888048000117 linked to Each GTIN 00888048000110, if you look in the Item History Report you can see a CIN message was created so it was successfully sent to your trading partner. If you look in the Sync Status Report, you will see it was sent and you are just waiting for any response from them. It can take up to a couple hours for their response.

Thanks. Yes, i saw that publication worked for hierarchy with Case GTIN 10888048000117 linked to Each GTIN 00888048000110.
But i wonder why it doesn't work for hierarchy with Case GTIN 10888048000360 linked to Each GTIN 00888048000363. When I look in the LINKS tab and the hierarchy fot those 2 items, it seems correct. Yet the error message "Hierarchy completeness failed" still appear when i want to publish the Case GTIN. Can you help, please?

I took a look at the second hierarchy you mentioned as well and you do have a valid error here. I confirmed your hierarchy does not validate for the Case GTIN 10888048000360 linked to Each GTIN 00888048000363. If you click on the Each GTIN, you will see this error which hints at why you are having issues with your hierarchy:
The Target Market variation for the item selected does not exist. Please clone the item for the required hierarchy level and Target Market.
When I looked at your items, I see you have these items linked with varying Target Markets:
Case GTIN 10888048000360 TM is United States
Each GTIN 00888048000363 TM is Canada
You can have multiple Target Market variations for each of your GTIN hierarchies but you cannot have it setup where the only;y variations have different Target Markets. You would need to recreate the hierarchy with either matching Target Markets or add variations for each GTIN so you have both on each one.

Hello @CommunityJedi22, creating a CANADA item was my mistake. I cloned it as you suggest, re-linked the hyerarchy and succeded to publish to Wakefern. Thanks!
Now I would like to know :
- How can I delete the Each GTIN 00888048000363 TM is Canada - cerated by mistake?
- Do i have to add the ingredient statement somwhere for the 2 Each GTIN (US) created today? If so, how do i proceed?
Many thanks for your support. really appreciated.

Hello. If you do not want the erroneous GTIN for a late ruse, please send a ticket to technicalsupport@1worldsync.com and ask our team to delete the GTIN in question. Please make sure to provide your GLN, GTIN, and the Target Market we need to delete.
Regarding your ingredient statement questions, if your products are consumable and if you have trading partners requesting nutritional information, yes, I would recommend providing the appropriate details. Today's consumers look at labels and other details so recipients use this information to better understand and describe your product.

I'll definitely send a ticket to get it removed. Thks
As per the ingredient statements, the issue is that I don't see any "ingredient" category in the item attribute sets on the left side of the pannel.
