I seem to be stuck for a month on in process supplier. Please see the screenshot attached. Where do we go from here?

Hello @Brennen and thanks for continuing the use of the community.

This short video covers where to check for Kroger comments in Product Introduction for any item that is pushed back into In Process Retailer: 101 Basic - Submit and Confirm Comments in Product Introduction for Kroger. In a nutshell, you need to go to the Hierarchy Data Page of your item and then to the Comments section.

For item, Kroger is advising the following 00810166830553:

Your item therefore needs to be registered with WERCS as per the above for it to be accepted by Kroger and receive an IMF number from Kroger.

Hello @Brennen Can you tell me whether you have topped off your attributes on the GTIN levels and updated the hierarchy page before validating and submitting?  Once you have items in PI, the idea is to top-off the attributes, validate until all errors are cleared and submit.

Please excuse my ignorance what do you mean by topped off my attributes

In the case of Kroger, topping off is the process of using the Kroger VIP (or Product Introduction) screens to enter and submit Kroger-required attributes in addition to the attributes already provided as standard mandatory attributes for any retailer.

We have completed all required attributes and submitted the information. Initially, the system displays a "success" message; however, it subsequently transitions to "Process Retailer." The following day, it reverts to "Process Supplier" without any explanation or errors. All products are functioning correctly, yet the system continues to cycle through these statuses.

Please help none of the training videos are corrasponces have helped

Thanks for that. We had no idea about Werks. We have worked it out that it is a separate App and not on the 1WS portal
