There are a couple of alternatives to the Publications report, but they would also include the GTIN records: the Sync Status report, the Publications > Manage Publications list (which can also be sorted by Recipient Name, but not exported), the FUSE export of the items (FS_Publication tab would provide the list of active publications).
I would suggest taking a look at the Current Subscriptions report under REPORTS, which might help you narrow the list. You can export the recipients that have subscribed to your GLN (Targeted subscriptions). However, this report cannot confirm if publications were ever sent to a specific GLN given that the publication information is not included. It will also not indicate if publications were sent to recipients that have a General subscription (by target market only for example).
