Good afternoon team!

I have been trying to address 5 Synchronization Errors that are still showing up even though the attributes have been updated a while back.

Please, see screen shot attached.

Thanks in advance!

Hello @nancyVigo ,

The failure date is 18-JUL-2016. The requested field was the Data Carrier Type Code and meanwhile it was filled in. If needed you can try to do a resend to that publication and see if that will help refreshing it.

Thank you!

Hello @nancyVigo,

The error appears because you are trying to publish the base-level/consumer unit, which is typically not the ordering unit, the case level usually is. Once you publish the case level, this error will be resolved. If you need to publish the each unit on its own, please change the Ordering Unit Indicator to “True.”

@Maria, thanks for pointing out the issue with the EACHES being incorrectly published.  I proceeded to unpublish them since the CASES have been previously published.

The error with the Yellow Rice is a little different and I cannot find the error to be able to fix it.

Please, see screen shots showing that the CASE and EACH are labeled correctly.

Thanks!
