How do I correct a typo in the product name showing by the product picture?

I was adding an image to an item and I saw that the name next to the image has a typo. How can I correct that? I changed the other places it had the same typo, but can't access this one. It should be 12" not 126".

The field in the screenshot is the Product Description. You can switch to edit mode and update it by clicking the pencil icon (right upper corner) :
