Hierarchy Error

Good morning,

We are trying to add hierarchy levels but we are coming up with an error. We have attached a screenshot for you to see the error. We have the package and each already entered on two other items without an error. Can you please tell us what is going on?

The error is indicating that you have already successfully linked the items, its warning you that the transaction is attempting to link those again.

Ok to be clear, since the unit is already linked to the pkg., we only need to link the pkg. and the unit will come along?

I was able to successfully link those GTIN and did not get any errors. I thought you might be using a FUSE template, perhaps is causing this error?

Yes, you would just link the inner packages to the case, the other two are already done.

I was not using Fuse.

I'll get the inner linked, and see if anything else flags.
