Good afternoon,

I'm having issues with the below. I'm not sure why it's saying my next lower level items is currently (0).

I read the post explaining this, but I'm still having a hard time figuring this out.

Can someone please help me?

Thank you!

Hello @A_Flower, thank you for continuing the use of the customer community.

Its great chatting with you again.

The weight of one Each for is 1,3 ounces. The Package is 54.9 ounces, however, because you have 45 Eaches per Pack, it should be a minimum of 58.5 ounces, please.

In general, whenever you have weight issues with any of your items, you can start from the lowest hierarchy level and multiply the weight of one item by how many of those items you have in the next level up to get the minimum weight for the higher level. For Net Weights, the values should be exact, while for Gross Weights, because these values also include packaging, the values must be "at least equal or greater than...".

We are here for you if anything else is needed, please. Always a please. Thank you and happy Friday! 🙂
