Hello @Billing_SRK  and thank you for utilising our customer community.

You have the feature and benefits added but the file appears to be missing the Sequence Number for them. It is column GA. Can you add that data and reupload the file to see if the Features and Benefits are accurate after that?

Alternatively, you can export an item that already has all that data filled in and use it as a template.

If you have any general questions about FUSE files in general, you can look at the documentation we have on the topic here 201 Advanced: Item Management Mass Upload with the Load Sheet (FUSE) Workshop.

Thank you and have a great day.

Hello Alien, thanks for the response. However, this is the 1st time trying to upload the FUSE template after the migration.

I added the sequence as 1,2,3 but still not let me upload and still giving the error SLTL0005 Dependant attribute (tradeItemFeatureBenefit/featureBenefit) is not present.

Can you please help me and fill out this one template then I can have the example for the future.

Attached is the updated template.

Kindly let me know. Thanks for your help.

Hello @Billing_SRK and thank you for the follow-up.

Here is an example for how to add the first Feature and Benefit and its associated data:

The most straightforward way to get useful FUSE data and check the formatting for specific attributes is to add the information once on one of the items and then export that item as a FUSE sheet to use it as a template for the following items for that same attribute, when needed.

I hope this helps. We are here for you if anything else is needed, please. Thank you.
