Is there a way to find out who deleted an item publication in item history? There is a correlation ID code on the report but I cannot find what that code stands for.

Hello @robinatafg yes, you can see who performed different transactions in the worklist.  Can you tell me the GTIN that had its publication removed and I can also look with you?

Hello and thank you for the details.  It appears any pub deletes for that item are beyond the 90 days scope of your worklist reporting.  To which recipient was the item deleted?  With that, I may be able to tell you when it was removed or you can see it in your Item History Report...

The GLN is  0037456000001.  Also, is there an area on the item details where we could put notes? So if an item was discontinued we could notate that other than just putting in a date?

Thanks but that is your GLN.  What recipient GLN was that item previously published to that was deleted?

Regarding your notes question, if you are asking how to do this as part of Content Readiness, yes, you can.  Please see here...

Yes, we use our GLN to publish these items to our website. I know there is a digital catalog that we can use but at this time we are not going to use it.

This item was published to our website but then the publication was deleted in October of 2022. We just need to see who did it.

Thank you for the information but unfortunately our records do not run that far back. The worklist entries go back only 90 days.  You could open a ticket with our tech support team to see if there are any backend records still in a place accessible beyond the playlist but I believe we only hold those for 6 months.  Sory I am not more help with this one.
