Good morning team!
I need to delete a Pallet because it was entered years ago with the wrong Gtin. However, it is linked to an Each that has the correct Gtin. I know that I would need to delete publication from customers, fill out the template and submit it to 1WS, then wait 25 hours.
Our intention is to enter the Pallet with the correct Gtin, which is linked to the Each attached to the incorrect Gtin.
By deleting the incorrect Pallet, would I be also deleting the correct Each? If so, would we need to wait a year to use the Each Gtin again?
Thanks so much in advance!

Hi @nancyVigo, it's a pleasure chatting with you again. For a GTIN Delete, yes, you would delete all the active publications of your PL level, wait 25 hours, unlink the items, and request the GTIN delete through the template. That will delete only the item mentioned on the spreadsheet, the EA will not be deleted. You can create the correct PL level GTIN and link it to the existing correct EA GTIN and publish as needed. And for a GTIN reuse, you can always check the GS1 article https://support.gs1.org/support/solutions/articles/43000734390-can-a-gtin-be-reused-
Let us know if any questions arise. Thank you.

@George_C, thank you so much for the prompt response and clarification.
I will proceed with the deletion process and enter the correct Gtin afterwards.
Have a great day! 🙂
