FUSE Upload

When I try to upload the FUSE sheet, I get an error message that reads "SLTL0007 : The file could not be processed because an invalid Record Type was found." I have reviewed the document multiple times and all that is under the "Record Type" is "ITEM" and "MORE," and they seem to be the right place. I cannot figure this out. Can anyone help me? I have attached the file for reference.

Hello and thank you for reaching out via our customer community.  This could require us to take a look at your spreadsheet and would need to open a ticket with our Service Desk.  Before then, please take a look at your sheet using these notes:

1) Make sure you have not removed any columns or tabs in the spreadsheet

2) Make sure your spreadsheet template was downloaded (extracted) from IM recently as they change for certain releases

3) Make sure you do not have any spaces or erroneous characters in any of the fields for that attribute

Thank you for the response. I have not removed any columns and I could not locate any erroneous characters. If I extracted it last week, but tried to upload it this week, would that be enough time for changes with releases?

No, you should be good from a timing standpoint as there was no release last weekend.  Can you send a note to technicalsupport@1worldsync.com, include your latest FUSE that failed, and when you get the email telling you your ticket number, tell me here and I will take a look and advise or escalate.

I had the same problem.  I downloaded a new FUSE sheet and it has changed.  The columns are in a different order.  The new sheet uploaded with no problems.

Quick question for you after looking at your FUSE.  On the DAM tab, are you trying to add digital assets?  If not, I am going to remove that content and try again.

I am not trying to add digital assets, no. Removing the tab won't remove the assets that are already in 1WorldSync after upload, correct?
