FUSE Template Upload Error

MinhLamAroa

Hi All,

Can anyone tell me how I can bypass this error I am receiving when uploading my bulk upload (FUSE) sheet?

SLTL6651 : Mandatory attribute(s) or group(s) (componentInformation/componentNumber) not found with the segment.

Our products are single items and are not considered components, I am not sure why this error is appearing.

Thanks in advance!

Minh

Hello, @MinhLamAroa, and welcome back!

This error can be triggered if any Component field is provided by mistake.

You can verify if one of the columns provided is a Component attribute by looking at row three of the FUSE file: if the xml name starts with "componentInformation/", please clear it and search for the non-component equivalent column for the same field, if you do not want to build components for your GTIN.

I was able to take a look at the latest FUSE file that triggered this error under your GLN and noticed that Component columns AXP (Claim Type Code) and AXQ (Claim Element Code) were provided. You already have that information in columns NQC and NQD, so the other two columns can be cleared.

Hope this helps! Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have additional questions.

Hi Ana,

Thank you very much for looking into this for me. I did not realize I had a duplicate component column; I have now removed this and the FUSE upload was successful.

Thank you for your help!
