Error message that I need to correct and dont know how

I continue to get the error SW5170W Suppliers must have one row populated in the Warehouse Distribution or DSD Distribution.   I put in the info and it does not save.

How to correct?

Enter the information left to right and then slide all the way to the left again and click on the icon highlighted below. Once you click on the the warehouses will appear and then click save. If you enter the information and do not click that little page, it will continue to disappear on you.
