The issue in your case is caused by missing values in the "Operation" and "Import Item?" fields. To access the attributes, please unhide all columns in your Excel file and choose either "ADD" (for new items) or "APPEND/MODIFY" (to edit existing items) in column B and then "Y" (for "Yes") in column C. Please add these values only on the Item rows, not on the More rows as well.
