Error SLTL0017: The file could not be processed because the file is empty
How to Resolve:
This could mean your FUSE file is empty but more likely you should make sure you have "Y" marked in one place in column C.
Points to Remember for FUSE
- GDSN attributes are added and updated regularly by GS1 and 1WorldSync. Extract a new FUSE file as a template regularly to ensure you have the latest and most accurate version.
- Avoid breaking your FUSE by never removing columns or tabs and be sure you do not modify the first three rows at the top of the FUSE sheet.
- Remember, there are some attributes that have component versions as well as the standard version. Only populate component versions of attributes when you intend to provide all component attributes for your item.
