Editing an existing GTIN and hierarchies

Hi - I have a few questions.

1. I inadvertently inputed an incorrect GTIN for my master case. How can I edit a saved (but not published) GTIN?

2. My hierarchies are not working. Many many errors that I cannot seem to fix. I need assistance on some of the definitions.

@CommunityJedi22 - I used the GTIN calculator to generate 10840147400380 for a casepack level hierarchy. We have since assigned GTINs internally for Each, Inner, and Master casepack levels. I have not published this GTIN, but I cannot figure out how to edit it. Note: I believe I linked it to the Each GTIN 00840147400383. Again, did not publish anything yet. Thanks in advance for the help!

Hello @ToniesUS and welcome to our customer community.  If you saved that GTIN, you really do not have a way to change the GTIN number itself.  If you believe the number is in error you could create the correct one by cloning from this one or ask us to remove the one in error.

@CommunityJedi22 Can you advise what is needed to delete the entire item tied to GTIN 10840147400380?

Hello @ToniesUS .  I looked at the GTIN 10840147400380 and see it is linked to GTIN 00840147400383 in IM and that both items are Eaches.  Are you needing to just change the product type from an Each to a Case on GTIN 00840147400383?  Are you asking how to unlink these two or are you wanting to delete these GTINs?

Since I cannot edit a GTIN, I would like to delete GTIN 10840147400380 all together. I will set up a new GTIN as a case and link to GTIN 00840147400383 from there.

@ToniesUS Right, but before you start that process, I wanted to make sure you know you can change that Each GTIN to a CASE in the Product type area.  If you don't want the GTIN anymore, here you go:
