Display Shipper parent/child issues

We're getting two errors, which are correct in our view and clear when we verify. We have the base unit indicator set to false and the total count of all products as 96 to correspond to our GS1 product hierarchy. Any clue what's wrong or is there someone there who knows how to navigate 1WS on the recipient side?

Thank you. I spoke with a tech yesterday who said all is correct but Albertsons still isn't seeing anything in PI. We're trying to hit an Easter load-in with this new item so this is frustrating. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello and thanks for following up.  While investigating this for you I learned that our tech teams are investigating some reports we have similar to yours that CIN messages are not processing as expected.  I am going to post something about this in the community.
