Digital Asset Data: Digital Asset Attributes - Start and End Dates

Hello!

Currently working on a large rebranding project. All imagery packaging currently loaded in IM will become outdated in about 2 months, and being replaced with updated packaging.

In order to work smarter, not harder, can I start STAGING the new/replacement imagery with a "future" start date WITHOUT it being synchronized to trading partners PRIOR to this date?

Hello @Susan1 and thank you for your patience while I discussed this with some colleagues.  

There is a way to do this but it is some work to do and then to undo. You can use the shared with and shared type attributes to state the image is shared with NOBODY. Then when ready you can remove that to share with ALL. This can only be done in DAM.
