Lag time when trying to pull a hierarchy

When searching for a GTIN, it pulls up quickly, but then as soon as I select the icon to look at the links, it takes 20-30 seconds to retrieve. Then, sometimes, the +/- icons are greyed-out so I cannot delink and update. That takes another 10-15 seconds for those to be available. Is IM having issues?

Hello @SDavis and thank you for reaching out via our customer community.  I just saw some conversations where we had some delays in processing earlier but they have been resolved.  Can you try again and let me know if you still see these issues?
