Creating a Pallet for Walmart once Baby Items are created

I need to create a Pallet for Walmart stores and was wondering what steps will be needed in 1worldsync. I currently have baby/each items created with Walmart and need to procced to the Pallet level. I am very green to the enhanced system  and was wondering if there is an excel template that can be uploaded or a step by step guide to get this completed.
