Content readiness

Hi Team,

Currently I started working on Content readiness section on 1WS dashboard, I published the unpublished active items for Giant Eagle but for inactive items I followed the steps to hide them with comments.

But on the dashboard only published items updates were updated and not removed ones, kindly guide and also let us know why only few trading partners are on the list and not all the Trading partners.

Hello @niteishk ,thanks for continuing the use of the community.

I have reviewed your question and would like to clarify that the Content Readiness feature only updates the information that falls under its filter. This means that the items you have published or unpublished have been updated based on the selected filter. If you could provide us with a GTIN, we can further investigate the items that haven't been updated yet. Regarding the trading partners displayed, the system filters to show only the retailers who have requested those specific items. However, this does not mean that you cannot publish other items to them or to retailers that are not shown.
