I am receiving the following message in the Recipient Request Review for several items for Kroger. How do I resolve this?

Item 90011110645671 is currently receiving a validation error in Product Introduction:
The error comes up because there currently are 2 placeholder images with conflicting information in Product Introduction:
and
Please either remove the one added from Item Management (first screenshot above) or the one added in Product Introduction (second screenshot above) to clear the error.
You can then make any other desired changes to the hierarchy or submit the hierarchy to Kroger if everything else is already up to date.

I am happy to take a look for you to help where I can but I request you provide some additional context to help me troubleshoot this with you. Can you provide me with an example GTIN, error message and any other details?
There are over 160 such responses for Kroger and I wish to know which ones you have issues with.
