Clone an item to create a case

When you clone an each to create a case the images do not come over.  Do I need to add the images to the case as well or do they show to the buyer with the each link?

Hello and thank you for contacting us.  That is a good question.  When you clone the item, the images are not including in the clone.  The general idea would be that the images of your case could be very different than images of your Each (consumer unit).  The good news is many recipients prefer to have images on the consumer unit level and other levels are optional but that can of course vary from one trading partner to the next.
