We have always had two GLN's in our company but recently decided to only have one. So far I have published to all customers using the old GLN with the new GLN and contacted them. We are planning to delete publications from the old GLN next week. I have had very little feedback from these customers and noticed many have not accepted the new publication. Has anyone done this and have any insight, or are you a customer that has had a supplier change the GLN that could give me any pain points you experienced. Thanks!

From our Main webpage 1worldsync.com, click the Community Tab and then Find a Trading Partner.
Click on the partner you need a subscription and look for Trading Partner form. Complete the form and submit, this will trigger the recipient to subscribe to your new GLN. Please bear in mind that this works for 1Worldsync recipients. Syndigo has a ticket system on their webpage that you can submit a request to subscribe.

Amanda,
You might want to check to make sure your recipients have successfully subscribed to the GLN you will be publishing with.

How do I do that?

We would go into the GLN you want to confirm. We click the REPORTS dropdown and click on Current Subscriptions to the right.
You can just hit the search and it will bring up every subscription that your recipients have sent. Kroger and Albertsons subscribe by Target Market so you will not see them listed here. You can choose to enter s single recipient GLN to the side, making sure you click the GLN and it applies to the field.

Thanks! Is there a way to make them subscribe? I've started looking for implementation guides and contacting there in case the info I'm sending through sales doesn't make it to the GDSN person.
