Case GS1 Trade Item Ident Key

When entering a CASE item, on the GS1 Trade Identification Key section, should this list the GTIN 14 and the same Case GTIN number OR should this list the GTIN 12 and the Package upc 12 digit number?

Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us via our Customer Community! That's a great question. If a the CASE is a non-consumer unit, you should enter in the GS1 Trade Item ID Key Code as GTIN_14 and your GS1 Trade Item ID Key Value as the 14-digit GTIN. If the CASE is a consumer unit, then it should be GTIN_12 and the 12-digit UPC number.
