Please help. I cannot do a wide open search when I am logged into my account to see the list of users. Why?

I have created ticket CXTECH-102260 for you and will be reaching out there as we may need to confirm your Email and Login ID to make sure we have the correct credentials on file. You should have received an automated email from our systems already and will be receiving an additional one shortly with more details about this.
User Management is working fine for us, so in the meantime we can suggest checking to make sure you were trying to log into Production instead of Pre-Production and going to the UMA login page from our general login here https://1worldsync.com/login/ instead of a bookmark or saved link. Thanks.

Thanks for the update, @DawnVanWychen. I just sent you another email. The business email address of your account with us is different and password resets are sent to that address instead of yours.
