Can you set up an item and make it available for only one recipient?

We have a customer who has requested our GDSN data that only buys one product from us, and it is a custom product just for them. We have quite a few other products set up that they would be unlikely to be in the market to purchase. If there is a way to do this, would you share that?

Hello @nj73 and thank you for continuing the use of the customer community. Welcome back.

Items added in our systems and in Item Management are available to retailers only if published to them (there is one exception, but it is not applicable to your company with your current setup). For example, if you add an item in Item Management and do not publish it to any retailer or data recipient, no other company will have access to that item's data. Likewise, if you publish said item to one retailer only, that retailer will be the only other organization with access to the data.
