Can I clone a case to create an each?

Verena

If we have created items in the case format, can we clone those to create the eaches (can), or did we mess up and we'll have to start with the cans and clone those to make the cases?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello, Verena.  Yes, you can use a Case to clone a new Each item just remember to change your unit indicators, product type and other attributes appropriate for an Each but not a Case.

Hello,

You can actually create them in any order. I recommend creating each GTIN first as you would usually use each GTIN to create the case GTIN. The attached document is a good resource to explain, see page 12 on.
