CONTINUED ERROR MESSAGE REGARDING ITEMS ON PALLET

I am trying to resolve an error message that I continue to get regarding the items on a pallet.  I have added the information and updated the date ("Refresh by Message"), but I still see the CIC with the error on it.

Hello and welcome back.  It is nice to chat with you again.  I took a look for you and it appears you corrected the issue and your updates were sent successfully to all but one of your trading partners.  That particular partner is not active in our systems and records show they are part of the i-trade data pool.  We have attempted multiple CIN messages but the error you are encountering will not be clear with them as they are not responding.  Can you double-check with them to see what is needed for them to send a CIC response to you?
