Hi @niteishk, Thank you for reaching out to our customer community.  Welcome. The CIC message you received is regarding the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) compliance that some retailers would request. You would normally add the needed fields on the lowest level, the consumer item. You can apply the Food and Beverage playlist to see the needed attributes, update, and resend the information to the retailer that sent you the CIC.
