I'm trying to link GTIN 10850019179489 (case) with GTIN 00850019179842 (each) but continue to receive the following error message. From what I can see, I do have the base unit indicators set up correctly -
"Base Unit Indicator (isBaseUnit) should only be true for the lowest level Item in the hierarchy. If ChildTradeItem/gtin is not empty then Base Unit Indicator (isBaseUnit) must be equal to false."

Hello @mwontz and thanks for continuing the use of the community.
You are receiving the error because the hierarchy was not saved.
For the items to be successfully linked, at the stage the screenshot above was taken, please click on the Update Hierarchy button to the right of the page. Item Management will not take into account both items as being part of the same hierarchy until the hierarchy is successfully saved.
You are correct regarding the Indicators: the Base Unit Indicator is added correctly on both the Case and the Each, but, because the hierarchy is not yet saved, Item Management does not take both items into account when validating the heirarchy.
Please let us know if this helped or if you come across other issues for this request.
Thank you!
