SYSCO is requiring us to select values for Buy American Provision Compliance, including providing a Certificate of Origin - Buy American Provision and indicating Yes or No to certify that all products distributed by Alpha Baking Company, Inc. are manufactured in the USA and comply with the Buy American Provision. 

Where in IM are these fields found and how do I upload a .pdf of our Buy American Certification ?

That is a very good question, as most likely this will come up for many other information providers as well. Here is a link to the GS1 Standards for adding product images for certifications: GS1 Product Image Specifications - Certification Seals/Claims
In a nutshell, the 16th and 17th positions in the image file name should be L7 in this specific instance and there are some additional information that can be added as optional after this as well.

You can add any Product Certification available and/or requested by retailers in the Digital Assetts section in Item Management, please. When it comes to naming the certificate, we recommend following the GS1 standards explained here: GS1 Product Image Specifications - Certification Seals/Claims
