SYSCO is requiring us to select values for Buy American Provision Compliance, including providing a Certificate of Origin - Buy American Provision and indicating Yes or No to certify that all products distributed by Alpha Baking Company, Inc. are manufactured in the USA and comply with the Buy American Provision.
Where in IM are these fields found and how do I upload a .pdf of our Buy American Certification ?

I'm trying to attach our Buy American Certifcation.pdf in Item Management. The Click & Drag method appears to attach the .pdf, but after the click & drag all that appears is the Adobe pdf logo, nothing opens when attempted

Is there a way to set the Most Popular playlist to appear on each item automatically when it's opened in production?

Hello @bf,
Thank you for continuing the use of the community. All your items should display the "Most popular" playlist on the Playlists row by default. You would only need to click it to activate it when needed, after opening the item.
You can also update your user's Item Preferences to include up to 10 default playlists. Adding a default playlist to your preferences will enable this playlist to be automatically added to the user's item upon creation. The option can be accessed from the Item Management Dashboard > User icon > Profile (right upper corner) > Item Preferences > available for the Each/Case/Inner Pack
Hope this helps. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have additional questions.

Hello Hello @bf,
It's good chatting with you again.
PDF attachments uploaded under the DAM/Ecomm header of the item can be opened only after they have been downloaded. You can download the PDF by using the "Download" option or by clicking "Edit Metadata"> then by clicking the Uniform Resource Identifier value, under Settings (the wheel icon on the logo):
Thank you

Good Morning! I'm trying to sync the Buy American data for Sysco as well. My products aren't certified for this. I thought I indicated that correctly, but, my data isn't flowing over to their Supplier Suite. Do I have to populate both Buy American attributes in order to communicate we're not qualified?

Hello @eburger,
Thank you for utilizing our customer community.
To facilitate our investigation into the data flow issue, kindly provide the GTIN for an affected item.
We are looking forward to your reply.
Have a lovely day!

Hi @eburger, Thank you for your continued use of the community.
I checked the item provided; the information was sent from the 1WS end successfully, and the CIN message was generated. I've attached the item history report
We suggest checking with the retailer, Sysco, and they could check with their data pool and see where the disconnect happened.

Ok thanks again, this helps. But I have 79 items I need to attach this certificate to (just for SYSCO), is there an easier way than opening each item individually?

Hello, @bf, and welcome back!
You can provide the PDF certificate information for your items in bulk only via the External File Link (EFL) attributes, using the Export functionality (FUSE spreadsheet). Links (URIs) for the PDFs will be needed in this scenario.
Step-by-step instructions on how to generate, download, use, and upload the FUSE can be found HERE.
You can export all 79 items under the Menu> ITEMS > Export Items > in the Item ID field, provide all 79 GTINs separated by blank spaces > then click Next and follow the steps on the screen.
Under the FS_Item tab of the FUSE export, please set the OPERATION column to APPEND and the IMPORT column to Y for all ITEM rows, search for and update the EFL attribute columns, then upload the file in Item Management. HERE is the list of attributes that you can update.
Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have additional questions.
Have a wonderful day!
