Automatic Syndigo Account?

Good morning!

I received an email stating that Syndigo had made an account in my name with a few steps to follow. Please, see screen shot attached.

Whenever the merger happened, it was mentioned that we could stay working in 1WS.

Has this changed?

Hello @nancyVigoit’s good chatting with you again.

We have not been made aware of such a change yet.

You could reply to that email but the best advice I can give you would be to talk with the sales representative assigned to your company to make sure that the email is legitimate and what the purpose of that account is.
