AHOLD - Not Receiving Publication

I'm trying to publish an item to Ahold and have been for quite some time.  It turned out I was missing fields they required and because of some confusion, I was only told about one of those fields.  I have two questions:

1.  I had to find out what fields I was missing from them.  There was no CIC response to tell me what I was missing.  Is that normal because it seems other customers I can use that.  

2.  They keep telling me before they can see it, the status needs to be Synchronized Publication.  I just looked, and it is not.  It is still Sent to Subscriber.  Is there something else I should be doing here to change the status?    

I've tried to publish to them New multiples times throughout this including yesterday when I made that field update.  Can anyone see what I am missing or what I need to do here?  I've been doing this for quite a long time and I don't remember problems like this every occurring before.

Hello @aetitus .  Unfortunately, I do not have a copy of the Implementation Guide for AHOLD.  Did they by any chance share that with you as one of their trading partners?  If so, does it discuss whether they send CIC responses?  

You are correct, most recipients send CIC responses but there are a few that do not.  I am not sure if they are one of those.

I looked in your Item History Report in IM for GTIN 10042222260753 and I see your successful CIN message to them today.  That means from a technical standpoint everything that was needed was in place and it was sent to t hem successfully...

You are correct, most recipients send CIC responses but there are a few that do not.  I am not sure if they are one of those.

I appreciate your reply back.  I meet with them tomorrow and I was hoping to have this all complete by than, but I might not.  I'll ask about an implementation guide.

I was given an implementation guide but it was not complete.  They told me I was missing those fields on the unit so I added them and republished as New again.  I checked back today and it is still in the same status - Sent to Subscriber.  Can  you check again to see if it went as expected to them?  GTIN 10042222260753.  Thank you!

Hello @aetitus I am happy to look further.  In their Implementation Guide, which GLN did they advise you to publish to?  I see a couple of different ones from you for GTIN 10042222260753

The implementation guide doesn't have that information in it, but I do know the GLN that is correct is:  0688267000003.

@aetitus I took a look and see what you see.  We sent the update but they have not responded:

In the Item History Report we can see the successful CIN message to them.  I am not sure if/when they normally send back CICs from that GLN.  Have they advised you that they did not get this CIN, asked you to send again, anything like that?
